TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IM SAFE Child Advocacy Center reserves the right to refuse any vendor application. We do not guarantee you will be the only vendor selling your type of merchandise or advertising your type of product/service. We ask that everyone be set up by 8am on Saturday morning. If you cannot be set up by Saturday at 8am, you may risk forfeiture of your space or we may relocate your space elsewhere. We recognize that emergencies arise and ask that any exceptions to this requirement be approved in writing by the Executive Director. Set up and tear down must be done before or after craft show hours.
Please list ALL merchandise on your application. Prior permission will be required from the Executive Director if you plan on subletting your space, or selling food items. The sale of certain food items and all beverages are reserved for our Food Trucks only. Failure to comply with this rule may result in termination of this agreement.

PETS
For the safety of your pet as well as others, please leave pets at home.
The event will run from 9AM-4PM on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Set up time will be 7AM. Tear down time will be after 4PM. All booths will be outside. Vendors will be responsible for their own tables, chair, electricity, and other displays. All sales and tax are the responsibility of the vendor.
I agree that the IM SAFE Child Advocacy Center will not be liable for accidents, theft, damage, or loss during the event. No refunds will be issued after August 15, 2025.
